CBT is helpful to identify areas of struggle, healing often requires going a bit deeper. My areas of advanced study include grief, troubled sleep and nightmares, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. I am EMDR trained, and yes—it works over telehealth, I promise.
