About

Are you ready to make a change in your life, but feel pulled back into the same dysfunctional cycles every time? I support individuals who want to break free from unhealthy habits and relationships and live a confident, self-directed, and value-aligned life. I work specifically with PTSD, anxiety, relationships, and adults with ADHD. I provide support that allows you to build your awareness and practice concrete coping skills in order to gain resilience, confidence and power that extends your healing past the counseling session.

I enjoy working with individuals who are in some sort of life transition and who might have experienced some form of trauma in their life. I am LGBTQ+ allied and provide a safe space for you to process your life experiences through your brain, body, and even your nervous system to promote long lasting healing.

Sifting through your own experiences can feel crushing and pursuing therapy can be your first step to living the life you want. Your personal journey is unique to you and you deserve a safe space free of judgment to process your strengths, goals, barriers in your life without fear of shame. I look forward to supporting you in your journey.
