My ideal client is someone who is ready to take action steps in the healing process. My specialties include working with gifted populations and processing parenting concerns. Do you find yourself thinking deeply about complex issues and often coming up with unique solutions or perspectives? Do you often feel intensely curious and have a strong desire to learn about a wide range of topics? Do you set very high standards for yourself and find yourself to be your own worst critic? Do you find yourself overthinking on even simple decisions? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you might be gifted! I specialize in the mental health needs of the gifted population and the high achieving person. Highly intelligent people often have their mental health needs overlooked due to "being smart". In reality, the way that gifted and high achieving individuals see the world is so different that it should be treated intentionally. Scheduling an appointment can be the hardest part of starting your journey. People rarely regret going to therapy, but plenty of people wish they had started sooner!
