I have experience serving children, adolescents, and families in varied mental health settings. These have included working at an inpatient behavioral health hospital, supporting adults & youth with eating disorders, and providing individualized therapy in my private practice. Amongst a long list of various jobs, I also have lived experience with an eating disorder, as a full spectrum doula, and as a caregiver of children. I am passionate about helping people find their voice and developing a liberating relationship with themselves. Humanistic, narrative-focused, trauma-informed, somatic, attachment-based, cultural sensitivity, and Body Liberation approaches are foundational to my therapeutic orientation. These, as well as others, assist me in approaching each individual through a holistic & intersectional lens. I am deeply invested in anti-carceral approaches to mental health. As a human who cares deeply about others, I seek to create a space where everyone/body feels welcome and safe (though I believe that is up to you to determine). I believe in the power of community care, and if we are not a great fit, I will do my best to assist you along the way to finding support that works for you.
