Hello, my name is Hannah! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate, providing in-person and tele-health services in Indiana. I understand how scary it may be to start therapy and enter into a therapeutic relationship. I recognize the courage and vulnerability that it takes to make this step and begin meeting with a therapist. I want to meet you where you are, not where you or anyone else think you "should" or "need" to be. I am committed to providing a safe and comfortable space, where you will feel genuinely heard, seen, and understood. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, postpartum, grief and loss, and life transitions. I utilize a person-centered approach that is flexible and customized to each individual. I provide a respectful and safe environment to help clients resolve problems, discover their strengths, and enhance behavior and relationships. I believe that everyone, regardless of age, race, sexuality, or gender identity should feel valued, supported, and capable of handling the challenges they face.
