About

I believe one of the most healing things we can do is understand our stories and how it affects our everyday life and relationships. These experiences can manifest in different ways such as anxiety, emotional numbness, or relationship challenges. The clients I work with have oftentimes experienced complex relational traumas in childhood and dysfunctional family dynamics. Through these difficult experiences, we develop coping strategies and protective behaviors, which may no longer be serving you.

My passion is creating an environment where you feel safe, seen, and understood, so that we can help you reconnect with your authentic self. Together we can identify the ways in which these past experiences are impacting you now, so that we can work to develop more helpful strategies.

I use a collaborative, integrative, strengths-based approach to therapy. I know that each person I work with is unique, so I draw upon a range of modalities including attachment-based therapies and somatic practices. I am trained in EMDR and I am a TBRI Practitioner. If you feel we might be a good fit, I would happy to schedule a free phone call.
