Thank you for your interest - my practice is currently full. You are not alone if your child is struggling or your family is experiencing anxiety, stress and conflict. Many parents in today’s uncertain times feel overwhelmed, exhausted and unsure of how to help their child thrive. When our kids are having a tough time, our most important work is often on ourselves. Seeking support means you are prioritizing your family’s health and mental well-being. Together, we’ll explore how to achieve greater emotional balance, strengthen connections and increase joy, all of which will improve the emotional climate within your home. I assist adults, children and families to work through a variety of challenges related to emotional regulation, behavior, self-esteem, relationships, life transitions and trauma. My therapy practice is informed by an integrative framework including EMDR, family systems, interpersonal neurobiology, developmental, attachment and CBT approaches. Our biggest challenges in parenting are often related to old emotional patterns and wounds. I help parents develop greater awareness and self compassion, expand their capacity for attunement and attachment security, shift relational patterns and increase resilience.
