About

I do not offer afterschool appointments. Before 3pm only. I provide individual therapy for young adults (18-22), and a blend of individual and family therapy for children (3-18) and their caregivers. My main goal is to build a strong and supportive relationship with my clients, which is the foundation of our work together. I believe that healing happens through connection and trust. I offer a warm and understanding environment where clients feel heard and valued, and I incorporate play, art, sensory integration, and physical movement into sessions.

With kids, I work with both the child and caregivers to develop safety, playfulness, healing, and repair within the caregiver-child relationship. My goal is for the caregiver to become the child’s safest person, not the therapist.

If you're a young adult facing life's challenges or a caregiver looking for support in raising your child, feel free to reach out. I understand that it can be difficult to trust someone new, so I work at your pace and create a space where you can feel comfortable and secure.
