About

In addition to being a clinical supervisor in La and MD, I work specifically with student-athletes and high performing women, as there is a unique set of pressures for both populations. It is important to have a special skill set to thrive in their lives. Too often though, there is either a lack of balance or decreased performance, and both are needed for sustained wellness and success. Through a combination of psychotherapies and performance psychology, I aim to help clients achieve their goals. I believe that the therapeutic process is a partnership that the client is in control of, as they know their lives the best.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, anger management, self-esteem, and a variety of life issue combinations. In working with this particular population, there is a unique set of pressures for both populations. I work with these individuals to create life balance and high performance.

I work to address a wide variety of emotional and mental health issues through a proactive approach to wellness. I would like to think that I have more of a modern approach to counseling and it is important for clients to understand that therapy is a form of self-care and not just used when "something is wrong."
