Treatment is individualized and may include EMDR, Lifespan Integration, IFS, ACT, somatic and breathwork, and nature-based interventions to help reduce symptoms and reconnect to a life of meaning. I believe that change and healing can occur as relationships are repaired and strengthened. I work from an attachment and aim to help clients feel more secure and rooted in "the self." In all cases, my approach to therapy is helping clients function in a healthier and happier way within their life and family system.
