I have a background in working with college students, adults, and teens with a variety of mental health concerns. I also offer services for individuals who are experiencing conflict or uncertainly with the intersection between their sexual and/or gender and religious/faith identities. I am Level 1 Trained in IFS which primarily guides my practice.

Life can often throw us unexpected curve balls that may cloud and confuse our sense of self, our values, and our core beliefs. I am passionate about helping my clients to gain a deeper understanding of who they are, who they are becoming, and how they can best interact with the world around them no matter the circumstances.
