My ideal client is anyone who finds themselves ready to explore themselves and begin a journey of self-growth and discovery, whether that means challenging beliefs from the past or setting clear goals to achieve the future they may want for themselves I am certified in DBT, and I have a history working in community mental health, a school-based setting, as well as doing individual therapy in home and on an outpatient level. I have also done some elective coursework about pre and postpartum support for doula certification. You are the expert of you and the life you want to lead. I am here to guide you through the journey to leading that life that you envision. You may have big dreams or short term goals, all which are important to me in our collaborative, therapeutic process.
