If you're an inward looking person who's struggling to make sense of what you've uncovered about yourself, your life, or your future, my practice might be a perfect fit. I specialize in helping people deepen insight, awareness, and understanding of themselves and their issues so that healing and growth can occur. I have over ten years of experience helping people on this inward journey and have developed a range of strategies to help people go further, heal faster, and grow more. Whether you're a lifelong self-discoverer or a new initiate, I welcome the chance to connect with you, discuss your goals, and see if I'm a good match. I divide my time between my private practice, writing, clinical supervision for LCMHCA's & LCAS-A's, and continuing education. I use Jungian, ACT and trauma-informed approaches to help my clients become more aware of who they are, how they operate, and why they respond the way they do. I also use coaching & MI to help them reach goals in & out of therapy. In therapy, I aim to help my clients broaden their self-awareness, improve their relationship with themselves, & clarify their priorities. This often involves decoding emotions and experiences, challenging limiting self-beliefs, breaking bad habits, setting goals and mapping practical steps to move them closer to a version of life that's more fulfilling.
