Everyone wants to support their child and see them thrive. When your child struggles with conditions like anxiety, ADHD, depression, emotion regulation, post-traumatic stress or challenges related to neurodivergent conditions like autism, you may feel overwhelmed and unsure how to help. Therapy, especially play therapy, can be an important tool for helping your child express their emotions, process difficult experiences and learn healthier ways to deal with challenges. My job as a therapist is to provide space for your child to grow and heal while collaborating with you to support them. I have 5 years of experience specializing in working with children and adolescents. Based on the client's needs, my approach can include play therapy techniques, Theraplay-informed practices, creative arts techniques, and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques. As a therapist, I strive to be trauma-informed, neurodiversity affirming, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I believe all clients are capable of growth and change. When you and your child feel ready to support their mental health through therapy, I am ready and excited to work with you. I am available for in-person sessions in Indianapolis on Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm, with virtual sessions available for adolescent clients. I accept Anthem, UHC, and self-pay.
