I work with women to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and boundaries. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to dig deep, engage in present-day issues, and are ready to be empowered to make changes that will impact the trajectory of their future. I love to help clients develop self-awareness and use handouts, podcasts, and books as resources to take therapy outside the office. View 8 Photos I have an eclectic counseling approach that incorporates Narrative therapy (NFTC 1 and enrolled in 2), Biblical CBT, and attachment core pattern therapy to engage trauma and story. I'm also certified in SYMBIS. I have a love for learning. My hope is that others feel authentically seen, known, and loved in my office. My approach is compassionate and gentle, yet bold.
