About

Feeling lost in life's transitions and seeking understanding are all part of the human experience. Often, our thoughts can feel powerful and overwhelming. I utilize a cognitive behavioral approach and mindfulness to help you feel more present in your mind and body.

I have a background in trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship conflicts, and substance abuse. I provide support for individuals to process their experiences and emotions while developing self-compassion. Sessions are provided in the office or on telehealth to meet you where you are.

I am passionate about providing a calm and safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings without bias. Whether you are searching for healing, wanting to break old patterns, or unsure of the next step, let's connect and navigate together.
