About

“I want you to get excited about who you are, what you are, what you have, and what can still be for you. I want to inspire you to see that you can go far beyond where you are right now.” - Virginia Satir. I love working with clients who are "just trying to figure things out" and who feel like they don't quite fit in. My areas of expertise are in LGBTQIA2S+ issues, life transitions, and neurodivergence. I work collaboratively with clients to find what is best for them, and my best partnerships have been with clients eager to explore, expand, and discover more about themselves. View 7 Photos

I practice an eclectic approach focused on strengths, autonomy, and community resourcing. I approach every session with the belief that you have everything you need inside of you to have the life you want, but something or somethings have gotten in the way of your wellness. It's my job to help you find ways to adapt and adjust so you can be your best self.

Issues with mental health can feel isolating and constraining on the way we walk through the world. I believe that finding ways to release those constraints (systems, mental illness, and "shoulds") and reconnect with others is what brings healing and enrichment to our lives. I hope I can help you give yourself a try; You are worth it.
