“This world is becoming crazier every day!” While that seems to be true locally to globally, the chaos within does not have to rival that which besieges us. Truth is, we need to learn to manage ourselves in healthful ways despite The Crazy. Optimal mental, emotional, and relational health help us develop into better versions of ourselves. We can improve depression, anxiety, decision-making, goal-setting, and adjusting to change. Identifying resources for growth, enhancing authenticity, honesty, perspective, self-awareness, strengths, & vulnerability may increase confidence, satisfaction, & fulfillment. This is the stuff of therapy. Decades of experiences, growth, learning, mistakes, and observation, along with a natural interest in helping others maximize their potential, inspire me to help clients strive to reach their personal & relational goals. I believe my passion for people and their well-being, intense interest in improving relationships, and life experiences enrich my work. Life affords you many opportunities for difficulty, but you are not alone. I am interested and here to help you improve your quality of life via either individual therapy or relational therapy with a spouse, partner, child, parent, or sibling. As we build rapport and collaborate, I will also endeavor to challenge and support as you make desired changes.
