Are you struggling to hold on to hope that things can get better? I know how difficult it is to navigate life's hardships and it is my goal to help my clients discover healthy ways of coping. I tend to lean towards being eclectic and focus heavily on regaining hope. I have over 12 years of experience as a therapist and two years of supervising other mental health providers. I specialize in older child/ teen counseling and codependency. I am also currently in the process of being certified in brainspotting (a scientific and progressive trauma treatment.)
