Gretchen Heideloff, LISWS, provides therapy to individuals, couples, and families, catering to diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in Mandarin, Gretchen specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and acculturation issues, Gretchen incorporates evidencebased interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and exposure therapy into her practice. She is trained in Integrative Family and Systems Treatment (IFAST) and the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), offering a holistic approach to healing and growth.

Gretchen has extensive experience working with children, youth, and families in homebased settings, utilizing techniques such as motivational interviewing, family systems, solutionfocused, and strengthsbased approaches to address various challenges.

She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals navigating through trauma and helping couples strengthen their relationships. In her free time, Gretchen enjoys traveling, reading memoirs, spending quality time with her golden retriever, and engaging in language learning and cycling.
