About

Greg works to form a safe, attentive therapeutic relationship with people in much the same way a reader engages in a close and careful reading of a text. Careful listening to what people say they want to change, leads to the source of a problem, its roots. When the source is identified, interventions can be used to resolve it. Once resolved, people can move forward and grow again because they feel better, can focus on learning new skills and behaviors, and relate to others more positively. View 6 Photos

Greg sees adult individuals, couples, and families using approaches that include family systems, EFT, CBT, Psychodynamic, Gottman Method, Behavioral, and Mindfulness-based therapies. Currently, he integrates trauma-informed approaches when working with all people. These include EMDR, IFS, somatic and sensorimotor approaches, and Interpersonal Neurobiology.

Greg believes that people seek a therapist when they can no longer avoid a problem and are ready to change. Some problems can be resolved alone but most cannot, and people need assistance.
