About

Chances are you want to improve your sense of self or address difficulties you're having in an important relationship. Or maybe certain feelings get the best of you. Or perhaps something from your past keeps coming up and disrupts your life. No matter your reason for seeking help at this time, I commend you for prioritizing your mental health and taking steps to finding a new way forward.

I practice psychotherapy primarily from a psychodynamic perspective. I also have experience using other contemporary approaches. I work best with individuals who are interested in exploring their thoughts and feelings to better understand themselves, especially in how they experience interpersonal relationships.

I know finding the right therapist can be very difficult. Please consider reaching out to me for a free phone consultation so I can get a better sense of the kind of help you are needing, and to answer any questions you may have about my approach to therapy.
