Wherever you are in your journey, facing your struggles and seeking help is an act of courage. I specialize in supporting clients in self-exploration, identity development, building self-compassion, and embracing neurodivergence. As a queer and neurodivergent person myself, I strive to create an environment where people of all gender identities, attraction patterns, relational orientations, and neurotypes feel affirmed and can develop pride in who they are. My approach is rooted in empathy and non-judgmental acceptance and is built upon the practice of deep listening. Establishing a trusting relationship is my first priority. I’m passionate about helping people build lives in alignment with their values. I bring compassionate curiosity and humor to the counseling space, and I amplify strengths while gently exploring current coping methods to identify what may no longer be serving you. My approach is collaborative, trauma-aware, informed by queer theory and narrative therapy, incorporates parts work, and is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals.
