I am a passionate advocate of women’s health and find it deeply life-giving to work with women who are in pursuit of discovering their own power. I find great joy in supporting clients who are dealing with issues around: attachment + relationships, identity + self-worth, family of origin issues, life transitions, grief + loss, anxiety, depression, sexuality, body image, chronic pain, prenatal and postpartum care, and trauma. I believe the most powerful tool for healing and change is simply, yet profoundly safe connection with others, and work hard to create an atmosphere of safety in the therapeutic relationship. I am devoted to the work of embodiment and believe that our bodies are the wisest part of us. I incorporate mind-body connection in therapy in order to guide my clients in listening to their bodies and being able to trust what and how their bodies are speaking. I also use a family systems approach, which guides me in seeing my clients holistically. I believe that my clients already hold within themselves what they need to find more wholeness and I see my role as guiding my clients into accessing a deeper sense of their most authentic selves. I consider it the deepest honor to hold this safe space for each of my clients in order to continue journeying alongside them in their own becoming.
