About

Life is full of emotions, sometimes its joy but sometimes its a sense of struggling and pain. Anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and relationship/marital problems can all add to this sense of struggling. Especially, when we aren't well equipped to withstand it. Sometimes that struggle feels like this heavy cloud or mask we walk around with. Sometimes that struggle isolates us and causes us to become disconnected from ourselves or our loved ones. Playing tug of war with that struggle only makes it more draining. View 5 Photos

I offer a non-judgmental and collaborative space, founded in compassion, to help you explore your specific experiences. I work to help each person understand themselves more deeply, allowing them to access their needs and goals, exploring ways to ask for their needs to be met, and begin living the life they ultimately want.

Reaching out for help is scary, it is a huge risk to be so vulnerable. You are incredibly brave. Often times change is hard, but know that therapists are here to meet you where you are and offer support and empathy. I hope to hold that space for you.
