My professional life is influenced by my own understanding of what it’s like to seek help and to navigate through painful experiences. I have been described as warm, collaborative, and empathetic, and my priority is creating a space where my clients can truly be themselves. While I have experience supporting many different mental health concerns, I have expertise in eating disorders/disordered eating, trauma/PTSD, as well as anxiety/depression. Myself and the clinicians at my practice work with all identities and backgrounds and hold a value for social justice/anti-oppressive work. View 3 Photos I have specific training (& love) working with adolescents as well as adults. Depending on each person's needs I use a combination of skills from: EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have undergone training and supervision for eating disorder treatment, as well as complex trauma & PTSD. I am also a non-diet certified nutritionist, a mom, food/coffee lover, therapy-goer, and former collegiate athlete. My work is informed by my 8+ years of supporting clients, the clinicians who have mentored me, and my own experiences of struggling and being human. I know it takes energy and bravery to reach out, and I'd love to hear from you.
