Therapy can be used to express unmet needs, explore unbearable emotions, and externalize difficulties. My goal as a therapist is to be there for my clients while they make impactful and meaningful changes in their lives. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ youth and adults, survivors of trauma, people with anxiety, children and adolescents, and people with neurodivergence. My services are for anyone who is interested and open to processing, expressing, or changing something in their lives. I practice both traditional talk therapy and art therapy, where therapy is structured around using creativity to achieve treatment goals. Using creative techniques, we can explore in depth emotions, expectations, personal history, and needs without judgement. No artistic skill is needed, and it does not involve psychoanalyzing your artwork! Whatever brings you to finding a therapist, you are deserving of the time and energy it takes to find the right one. My goal is to find what best works for you to best support you on your journey, and adapt with you along the way.
