Hey there! I’m Grace—mom to twin kindergarteners, cancer and childhood trauma survivor, counselor, and ultimately a Christ follower. I’ve had a lifelong struggle with anxiety, depression, shame, perfectionism, and PTSD. I know first hand how debilitating and just plain sucky these issues are—and spoiler alert—I still don’t have everything “figured out” BUT I sure know how to navigate them better by being diligent about my own healing journey. I've encountered some incredible healers along the way that taught me to advocate for myself, take a holistic approach to my health, and trust that God is the ultimate healer. I’ve found deep fulfillment in helping others find paths to healing by identifying triggers, exploring family systems, working through negative experiences, improving relationships, setting boundaries and cultivating a strong sense of self worth. I take a very holistic approach and target mind, body, and spirit—focusing on overall health and well being. I received my Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Tennessee in 2009 and completed my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2017. I also have training in EMDR, the Enneagram, attachment modalities, and some experiential techniques. I would love to connect!
