About

Relationships are core to who we are as human beings, yet, so many of us struggle to have secure, healthy relationships with ourselves or others. My work focuses on helping people explore and strengthen these relationships which includes topics such as self-esteem/self-worth, pregnancy/postpartum, motherhood, dating and marriage concerns, spiritual issues, grief and loss, and life stage transitions.

Together, we will clarify your values and use these as guideposts to live a life that feels authentic and meaningful. I will support you to build self-esteem/self-worth, develop healthy relationships, communicate effectively, manage anxiety, establish healthy boundaries, or navigate a difficult season of life.

To help empower and support my clients, I use a mix of therapy models including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the Gottman Method. If you have any questions or think we would be a good fit, I hope you will reach out.
