Are you feeling overwhelmed, sad, worried, stressed out, or stuck? Are you struggling with life’s challenges or your relationships? I believe that therapy in a safe, accepting, and compassionate space allows for the self-understanding necessary for growth and healing. I work with adults and young adults (18+) to explore feelings and gain a better self-understanding, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, race and multicultural issues, and grief and loss. I believe that therapy is most helpful in a nonjudgmental and empathic setting where you can feel comfortable as you explore your thoughts and feelings. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic principles to better understand how your past shapes how you experience the present. Together, we can examine the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and identify unhelpful patterns impacting you and your relationships to solve current problems. Whether you are feeling unsure or excited about therapy, I will provide a safe environment where we can work together to help you grow and heal. I am happy to answer any questions you might have.
