I love helping people tell their stories and re-author them to come to peace with the past and work toward finding their best future selves. I’ve learned this works best when combined different therapeutic modalities. I take an eclectic approach that combines many techniques. My goal is to create a welcoming space for all where you can be You; a safe space where you can share your thoughts and find peace. Some of my specialty areas of interest and experience include: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Chronic Illness, Anger “Management,” Men’s issues, LGBTQIA+ related issues, Sexuality, Women’s issues, Self Esteem, Body Image, and Sexual Health/Wellness. I provide therapeutic expertise, but you are the expert on YOU. Allow me to be your guide as we navigate through the vast emotional wilderness of life.
