As a clinical social worker, I know the relationship between client and therapist is the most important aspect of treatment. I provide a safe, trusting, supportive and nonjudgmental environment where together we can explore and work on reaching your goals. My passion is helping adults find relief from feeling stuck, depressed or anxious and who are searching for fulfillment and happiness. I am also dedicated to helping teens navigate the difficulties of adolescence. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and adults with various diagnoses and behaviors. I tailor my interventions to the needs of my clients although I have received additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as treating trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
