I create a safe and judgment-free environment to explore the uncomfortable aspects of life & the things you want to change and evolve. I utilize evidence-based practices that focus​ on exploring and understanding how you arrived at the place you are now, with the goal of achieving the changes you desire. Together we will co-create new perspectives and solutions to life events. I counsel children, adolescents, and adults; and see individuals, couples, and families. I work with both traditional and non-traditional families. My goal is to help clients live their best lives and to get the most out of their relationships with self and others.
