About

My approach to therapy is collaborative, holistic, non-judgmental and tailored to each client. I work with clients to build awareness of the patterns and behaviors that may be hindering their growth. I use humanistic and relational approaches to connect with clients to help them find their unique purpose and motivation in life. My goal in treatment is to help individuals cope with and process life’s challenges, losses and transitions. Change is inevitable throughout life, and I believe that once accepted, positive growth can occur.

I believe that difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations. I have journeyed down difficult paths throughout my life and I have found beauty in each experience. Through therapy, awareness and self-reflection I have been able to gain a new perspective on my life, my choices and the freedoms that I have everyday.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative and inviting mixed with a little humor. I use a variety of techniques and approaches to best suit my client and their unique needs. I use a combination of strengths based approaches with humanistic and relational therapy styles.
