Welcome! I am a licensed Holistic Counselor who has years of experience in the field. I am passionate about my work because transformation inspires me and I am grateful to be a facilitator in this evolutionary process. I have worked in a variety of places including private practice, hospitals, substance abuse treatment centers, Hospice and Brown University teaching medical students how to communicate with patients. I have worked with individuals, couples and led support groups in bereavement and substance abuse. I demonstrate non-judgmental and supportive behaviors towards my clients and I find that most clients want to feel heard, understood and accepted as they truly are. The first step toward healing is finding the right therapist to connect with and I am honored that you have taken the time to consider me as your practitioner. Therapy sessions offer an opportunity to help clients accomplish their goals, create positive change, overcome challenges and adjust with ease and grace to transitions in life.
