I am particularly passionate about working with people of all ages who are seeking help to manage anxiety and stress, OCD, panic, intrusive & negative thought patterns. To ensure we are working toward long-term results, I provide therapy using evidence-based practices. This often includes Exposure Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy when addressing various anxiety disorders, self-esteem, depression and trauma.
