About

Whatever’s bothering you, even if it’s thoughts of suicide, you don’t have to face life’s overwhelming difficulties alone. Family and friends mean well, but because their backgrounds are often similar to your own, they may not have the ability to offer new perspectives, without judgment. View 4 Photos

My Master’s is in clinical mental health counseling, which means I studied exactly what I now do every day. I try to construct a new therapy for each client, so no two people are treated the same. When you come to session, we'll only talk about what you want to talk about. This gives you control over the content and direction of the session.

So, whatever’s on your mind it can be explored in a safe, committed alliance, with someone who has likely worked with the issue before and moved through it comfortably. Contacting me doesn't commit you to entering therapy, it just means you might like more information about your situation.
