I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to children, families, and adults. I have extensive in patient and outpatient clinical experience working with adolescents and adults who have significant trauma histories. In addition, I have worked in Emergency Services for over a decade, helping clients navigate life threatening crisis situations. I am a level 2 trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist. I use this strengths based approach to help my clients reconnect to/ nurture disowned parts of themselves that cary emotional pain. I work collaboratively with my clients to explore painful life experiences that hinder emotional growth and prevent people from reaching their potential. I provide a safe, caring environment where clients are able to access untapped internal resources that are capable of self-acceptance, healing and behavioral change.
