For over 25 years I have worked with individuals, couples, groups and families to help them find greater clarity and balance, equipping them with the critical skills they need to navigate the challenges of living in a face paced, digital and individualized world. I rely greatly on the tenants of IFS therapy and support that with a holistic and non-pathologizing outlook. I believe that we all carry a self healing drive, that, when supported correctly, leads to improved health and well being. For those with a spiritual bent or curiosity, I aim to bear witness to the intimacies and intricacies of your journey. Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy supports people and the various "parts" within them that carry important messages and wisdom. I help people work with their parts, so that the burdens that they carry are lightened, freeing up important energy for other critical tasks. Additionally, my practice includes a great deal of of work and focus with people of of color and LGBTQ+ people. I do not accept insurance per se, but I do offer receipts that you may be able to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
