Hello! My name is Genevieve, and when you work with me at Long Term Healing, my goal is not to identify your symptoms, or diagnosis. Rather, the focus is on healing and growing from what happened to you. It could be your first time ever in therapy or it could be your 10th, no matter what your circumstance, I'm here to stand by you and support your journey. I understand that finding the right fit can be one of the most difficult steps. I am compassionate although direct in my approach. In my office we say out loud the words and experiences that others may have shied away from. I specialize in working with children and families who have a history of trauma or have recently experienced trauma and/or a major life shift. I offer individualized treatment, created specifically for you based on your identified goals for healing. You are the expert on your life, I am here to walk along side you and support you. I'm proud of you for taking this step towards connecting with a therapist. I look forward to working together and learning more from you. Even after our free consult, if it doesn't seem like a good fit, I am happy to support you in finding the right therapist for you- because that is what matters most.
