I pride myself in providing a safe space where you, as a client, can retreat, and discover healing through conversation, art, music, skill building, and other activities. I will work with you to decide what you would like to accomplish in therapy, and how, along with providing from the wisdom of my own experiences. I strive to support a diverse client base, allowing me to focus on the challenges of mental health in the context of culture, the immigrant experience, living in the margins, identifying as LGBTQ+, and other identity related challenges. I enjoy working with youth and young adults, and also utilize my therapeutic strategies to support other age groups. My clients benefit from having a therapist who is passionate about mental health, who enjoys learning new strategies to share, and who leverages their inner wisdom to support the healing process, in both English and Spanish. I am currently accepting new clients (as of 10/2024). If you think we may be a good fit, or if you are interested in speaking with me to learn more about my practice, please feel free to reach out to me and I will respond to you correspondence as soon as I can :)
