I am a clinical psychologist working with adults experiencing depression and anxiety, with specialized training in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I have a strong interest in Women's Health with a focus on pregnancy, the postpartum period and infertility. I value assisting women and their partners as they journey through these intense life events. I believe all of us have strengths that can get hidden or forgotten when we get stuck in ways of thinking, feeling & behaving that prevent us from living the lives we desire. Therapy can provide the space and process for people to recognize their strengths, challenge aspects that interfere with their functioning, and learn new and fulfilling ways of being. Therapy is very much about good fit, and my approach is flexible; tailored to what each unique person brings to the therapy relationship. I enjoy working with clients with a variety of life experiences, perspectives, values & beliefs. Through all my years of work, I continue to be amazed at the resiliency and courage of the individuals I’ve worked with.
