My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, & become aware of their options & strengths...achieved through providing a safe space, listening to your concerns & working together on a course of action. I will always offer practical recommendations & explanations for what I recommend. Educating you is vital to your ongoing quality of life. You will receive honest, supportive, & sometimes humorous options. Some counseling services will treat symptoms. I will address the core causes behind the symptoms. However, you always will maintain control of the topics discussed & you will always be respected for the decisions you make. Most of my counseling work will involve talk therapy, educational resources, follow-up assignments, & future planning. I try to keep things simple and straightforward. Ideally, clients starting at age 10-11 can benefit from this type of counseling. Whether you are looking for explanations & advice or help with complex issues in life, I'm willing to help! I promise to be there for you & work as hard as you do towards your goals. I will help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
