I have a doctorate in clinical psychology. I believe that you are the expert on your own life. Past and current stressors can sometimes feel overwhelming and may take us off our intended path. It is a strength to ask for help. As a Clinical Psychologist, it is my role to create a safe space so we can work collaboratively to empower you to heal, reclaim your joy, build a brighter future, and Reach Your Potential. I see my role as guiding the process as a conduit for transformation and positive change, while your commitment to practice empowers you to realize your full potential. I have extensive experience in working therapeutically with children, youth, adults, parents, elders, couples, and families. In the past 30 years, I have worked with a wide variety of individuals who are grappling with relationship issues and psychological conditions such as complex trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, and loss. My approach is strength-based, insight-oriented therapy, to help you reclaim a healthier emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I provide my clients with tools to help them thrive, utilizing mind-body awareness techniques and cognitive behavioral approaches.
