About

Welcome. You’re here because something within you feels stuck. Maybe it feels like the pieces are in the air and have yet to land. You might be coping with painful emotions that don’t seem to resolve, no matter how much time you spend thinking your way through them. You might want the best for yourself and your close relationships, but struggle to unburden yourself from irritation, anxiety, or depression. I’ve been there too. I believe wholeheartedly that every person has their own path toward transformation and healing, and it is my role to help you walk that path and clear the branches and thorns from the way.

I work primarily with queer clients and have a focus on gay men's issues. My approach is based in existentialist, somatic, and attachment-based theories. I'm inspired by many different forms of art, creativity, and fun and believe that in order to gather the resilience to face our darkest moments, we have to embrace our moments of joy and connection.

You have already taken the first step toward self-exploration, care, and connection. While the road ahead may not be easy, you don’t need to walk it alone. Finding the right therapist can be tough - and getting a good relational fit is important. If you are interested in therapy with me, email me to request a free 20-minute phone or video consultation.
