About

As a clinical psychologist, I am able to treat many issues, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, binge eating, and trauma. All treatments are based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy and are structured individually to your needs. I provide an open, safe, non-judgmental space where we can collaboratively work to reduce symptoms and improve your life. In treatment, we set individualized goals, create a treatment plan specific to your needs, and focus on the most effective and up-to-date treatment methods for the difficulties you've been experiencing. More than just talk therapy, we will actively work together for change.

My practice is intentionally small so I can provide the best care possible. I respond to all e-mails and calls within one business day. I am a member of PsyPact, and do teletherapy in most states, as well as bein licensed in UT, OK, and ND. I only work with adults ages 18 and older. I specialize in working with college professors and students.

I know it can be hard to believe that things can change, to reach out, and to ask for help. There is hope that you can live the life you want without suffering. We can work together to get you there. E-mail for a free consultation.
