You are not your diagnosis, you are not your loss, you are not your thoughts, your feelings, or your actions. You are that which is behind your eyes, a wonderful mystery that is having this experience. This experience, or what we sometimes call life, can be hard, and in difficult times it's helpful to have a path or direction. This is the idea of Trailhead; a place to find a welcoming other, to discover new skills, heal the mind, strengthen the soul, and find a way forward. we use brain change methods to help you heal naturally from the inside out. Because the path is natural, happening from the inside out, or you could say from the bottom up, the change is long-lasting.
