About

You feel trapped in thinking again and again about the same issue? You feel as you can’t take a breath, lost your sleep and criticize everything you do? Does this all make you feel as you are not good enough; you should please others to be liked; you are failing as a partner, parent or a friend? Would you like to create space for yourself where you can discover your unique life journey? Collaboratively, we can create a safe space to help you feel your feelings; build awareness; understand relationship patterns; and develop strategies to cope at home, work and in society.

I work with adults and couples experiencing marital issues, anxiety, work burnout, grief, self esteem, peer relationships and women's issues. Specifically, I am interested in mindfulness, self-compassion, psychodynamic therapy, expressive arts therapy, system theories, hypnosis, cognitive-behavioral modalities (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy.

I offer individual and couples psychotherapy using telehealth modalities. I do not take insurance but I am happy to provide you with superbills if you wish to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please feel free to contact me for a brief free phone consult to determine if I would be a good fit for your therapy needs.
