As humans we have an essential need to understand the meaning of the difficult experiences we’ve had, doing so can help release pain and shift our entire life perspective. Mindfulness, meditation, sound, art and dreamwork are all modalities I utilize along with traditional therapies such as attachment. I have also developed Astro-Psychology which uses astrology to help us understand human archetypes.
