I am a Licensed Independent Mental HeaIth Professional and I have been in private practice for over 31 years. I am experienced in treating a wide variety of emotional, psychological and relational struggles. I am a preferred provider with most all insurances. Daytime and early evening sessions available. Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Issues, Relationship problems, blended family issues, OCD, Eating Disorders, EAP referrals, recovering addiction, Bi-polar. (Telehealth available). It’s difficult to reach out to somebody for help and to trust others with our struggles. Admitting that we need someone to help us and regain our objectivity in dealing with our problems is the first step. Our relationship, once established, will offer invaluable support, solutions and direction.
